I am getting following exception while saving the cost sheet

Version already exists, cannot create a duplicate: com.lcs.wc.sourcing.LCSCostSheet - com.lcs.wc.sourcing.LCSCostSheetMaster:XXXXXXX A.12

Please let me know if anyone encountered this issue and how resolve this?
