How Import Export manager handles UFID.

Hi,

I am using Import/Export manager to do transaction between two windchill servers.

the Scenario is if I am trying to import an object , whose UFID exists but with different Object.

So how the importer behaves for import of new object(new name and number) but UFID is existing and assigned to different object.
