how to repeat the import procedure for further revision of external files INTRALINK 3.4 in pdm essentials (see attached pdf)

I try to repeat the simple procedures used in INTRALINK 3.4 to be able to work but I have problems

I do not pretend to have the same sequence but at least you get the same result

In this case, I try to import a file into a provider review / new version and upgrade all assemblies that contain it with the management

in pdf introduce the old procedure

do not think I'm the only one to receive revised drawings, surely there is something I do not know
