PDF Convertor

Hello

We have a problem in an process of extracting and converting files.

Context:
a) Users (many users) create files DWG and DRW in Creo and save versions in Windchill;
b) Users provide files to production via Promote or SetState;
c) Automated process converts files to PDF format for use in another process.

Problem:
1) Depending on the quantity of requests, the automated process stay locked
2) Lock on Creo license (blue area)
3) Lock on MapKey, because it generates PDF always with the same name

We can handle this situation differently?
