I am pleased to announce the general availability of the PTC System Monitor (PSM) release 3.0 F000.
This new release introduces many new enhancements making it easier for you to monitor, diagnose and service your PTC applications. Below is a list of the key highlights, for more details please see the What’s New guides:

- Improved alerting capabilities with tie-in to PTC Knowledge Base
- dynaTrace Production Edition release 5.5
PSM 3.0 also adds support for Servigistics Service Center, extending similar monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities currently offered to Windchill PDMLink, Windchill ProjectLink, FlexPLM and Integrity products.

Download
Download the PTC System Monitor release 3.0 F000 using the following steps.
1. Navigate to the PTC “Download Software Updates” page.
2. Click the “Order or Download Software Updates” link.
3. Click WINDCHILL PDMLink,WINDCHILL ProjectLink, Integrity, FlexPLM or Servigistics Service Center
- Expand and navigate through the Product Release Tree
- Download datecode F000 under PTC System Monitor Release 3.0
4. After downloading the ZIP file, unzip it and follow the installation instructions in the PTC System Monitor Installation and Deployment guide.
